Coronavirus

During this difficult time we are aware that you will not want to have face to face training. All of our courses are available as tutor led virtual courses. A virtual course can have several participants who do not need to be in the same office or country.

You will not need special software on your computer / laptop / tablet to participate, when clicking on the join link the relevant app can be downloaded (at no cost) to enable you to take part in the training.

Debbie Loxton of DJL Training is dedicated to fulfilling your training needs. Our courses can be adapted and tailored to your specific requirements. If necessary your own files can be used during the course.

We specialise in Microsoft training: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher Project, Microsoft Office 365 and Office upgrades. Some personal and development training courses are included to complement these IT skills including Time Management, Presentation Skills and Business Writing. This allows a mix of skills, e.g. Presentation Skills with PowerPoint.

Training can be:

  • Group sessions (one day courses or short one and a half hour sessions)
  • One to one training
  • Virtual online training
  • Webinars, seminars and demonstrations
  • Workshops where participants are at different levels of knowledge
  • Lunch and learn sessions
  • Floor-walking (walking through your office helping people at their desks – useful when upgrading)
  • Trouble shooting clinics

Each participant receives a training manual relating to the course and there is 3 month email assistance for all attendees after the course. Training is delivered virtually or at your offices and can be whole or part days.
